THE POSITION: Training Specialist The Training Specialist will leverage his/her expertise and knowledge to support the Mentor Trainer, Training and Operation Team. This includes both executions of (external) client assignments as well as (internal) knowledge management projects. The Training Specialist will have reporting to Mentor Trainer. However, he/ she will work closely in collaboration with Operations team on all content/ copy writing requirements. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Prepare and conduct training programs.
  • Assess training needs and certification requirements for enquiries
  • Help Mentor trainer and the content writer in content writing for programs’ leaflets and brochures
  • Help the mentor trainer to write the content for AV production
  • Deploy training to targeted personnel
  • Prepare training material and agenda.
  • Provide end user training for clients/ individuals
  • Conduct presentations and webinars
  • Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
  • Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia training material
  • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
  • Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of program content throughout a training program life cycle.
  • Test process with different subjects.
  • Manage the training program in accordance with clients’ needs
  • Plan and direct training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
  • Plan and help get AV arranged for the mentor trainer on regular basis
CANDIDATE PROFILE Knowledge/Experience:
  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited academic institution is required, and an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Content/ Copy Writer domain is preferable
  • At least 4 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and how to use its programs.
Skills:
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

THE POSITION:

Content/ Copy Writer

The Content/ Copy Writer will leverage his/her expertise and knowledge to support the Training and Operation Team. This includes both executions of (external) client assignments as well as  (internal) knowledge management projects. 

The Content/ Copy Writer will have reporting to Head – Operation. However, he/ she will work closely in collaboration with Training team on all content/ copy writing requirements.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Perform ad hoc research to develop and produce new web based and print content.

  • Perform research to develop and produce new content for all training programs

  • Coordinate with Agencies/ persons for finalization of designing of leaflets/ brochures/ posters/ flyers/ AV and all other requirements

  • Coordinate with outsourced Copy Writer to ensure completion of jobs as per our requirements

  • Function as moderator and administrator for onsite message boards and blogs.

  • Draft email newsletters as per requirement.

  • Add to creative and strategic ideas for online marketing initiatives.

  • Develop content to demonstrate organization’s impact on industry.

  • Draft and edit assigned editorials, talking points and press releases.

  • Create and post timely content on organization’s website.

  • Function as organization’s lead social networker and manage social media presence.

  • Utilize industry and organizational knowledge to develop ideas and content.

  • Maintain clips process and determine efficiency and effectiveness methods.

  • Coordinate with Training Team to create content and style guidelines.

  • Develop compelling content for various languages, markets, platforms and learners.

  • Gain understanding of in-house content creation tools and quality standards.

  • Utilize graphics editing and media creation programs to develop prototypes and storyboards.

  • Change to new content requirements, digital tools and collaborators.

  • Any other responsibility assigned by management from time to time

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Knowledge/Experience:
